Ingredients of Chicken Alfredo Sandwich
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breasts skinless boneless
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 buns or bread
For Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp flour
Topping
- Sliced tomato
- Spinach leaves

Making Process
Step 1: Cut chicken into pieces then marinate the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan cheese.
Step 2: Add the butter and olive oil to a pan. Add the chicken and cook until all of the chicken is browned. Remove the pan from the oven and set aside.
Step 3: Melt butter in a saucepan for alfredo sauce and whisk in flour and garlic powder, followed by milk, heavy cream, black pepper, and parmesan cheese. Heat through until thick.
Step 4: Add toppings tomatoes, chicken, alfredo sauce underneath the bread and then add the top half of the bread. Serve and enjoy.
