Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (dairy-free optional)

Instructions:

First, take a large mixing bowl. In that bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, salt, and vanilla extract.  Then, mix them all together perfectly.

And the making process of this food is also so easy. How can you cook it? Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream softened cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken wings, separated into wingettes and drumettes
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (use gluten-free tamari if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • Baking sheet, parchment paper

At first, let’s preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Then, lay a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Step 2Almond Flour Mixed with Various Ingredients

Now, take a deep bowl and mix almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. After that, just dredge the chicken wings in the mixture and coat them evenly. 

Step 3 Baking Wings

If you are done with coating, then put the coated wings on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. And in the meantime let’s prepare the sauce. For that, take a small bowl and mix apricot jam, sriracha, soy sauce, rice, vinegar, and brown sugar. 

Then, replace the mixture in a small saucepan and put it on the pan on the stove over low heat. Then cook until it melts the jam and mix the sauce perfectly.

Don’t forget that you have given the wings for baking in your oven. So, after 20 minutes, just remove the wings from the oven and mix them in the sauce that you’ve prepared. And then for having crispy and well-cooked chicken wings, just bake for another 20 minutes. Perfect! Your dish is now complete!

Tip: 

  • So if you want an extra sticky glaze, just broil the wings on high for the last minute of cooking. But you’ve to keep a close eye. Otherwise, there is a chance that you could burn them. 

Variation: 

  • For a smoky twist, add a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the almond flour mixture. Through this, you’ll get a touch of smokiness.
